Recommend you don't do uber urka urka 20 for 20 trades with the hippie 'cuz he's good at ripin' people off. 2-3 cards at a time though should work out nicely though if you trade with him.

Otherwise I pull what I did against jeremy and convince him a $5 card is worth ten and save like 5 packs for a bunch of junk holos/common staples.
I'm going to vermont in a couple weeks, DB2 solemns are worth like $2-3 over there and they have like 10 in their bargain bins, so I sell like 10 rares and get a solemn, then trade solemns for good cards when I come back. Then again $4 for 1/e ring and ulti frogs and derpa stuff like that, I guess it's not surprising.

I was expecting you to say the SJC Stein or Shrink cards autographed. Autographed by who? I wouldn't want anyone autographing my shrink if I had one. I'd deck it to piss people off. But i'd need a few bodyguards and a bullet proof case as a deckbox, because you can just imagine a scenario like: "I play shrink" "what's that do?" ::guy pulls the card towards them:: Guy points and gasps, then when you look in the other direction you hear the sound of chairs being knocked over as he rushes out of the card store. |
