Episode 53: Gust Fiercely Winds: Black Feather - Lone Silver Wind!Airing Date: 4/08/09 Crow vs Dark Bommer Part II The extreme duel between Crow and Bommer is continued. The hang-in-the-balance duel develops, and Crow still doesn't give up. Meanwhile, Yusei is watching over the movement of the two. Bommer makes full use of Giant Bommer Air Raid to attack Crow. Black Bird, Crow's D-Wheel, is blown off, resulting in Crow having a serious injury in the ribs. He can stand up and set an attack to Bommer by the last one hand. All monsters on Bommer's side of the field are destroyed, but . . . Preview Yusei: Be careful, Crow! Dark Fleet Top's effect lets him special summon Giant Bommer Air Raid once every turn! Crow: What?! So it just keeps coming back! Yusei: To get rid of Giant Bomber Air Raid for good, you need to defeat Dark Fleet Top. Crow: Either way, I won't give in! I won't rest until the children are avenged! Yusei: Next time, on Yuugiou 5D's! Gust Fiercely Winds: Black Feather - Lone Silver Wind! Riding Duel Acceleration!EDIT: So Crow has an injury in the ribs, from Janime's preview. Great. Just what the world needs. Another Yusei 35 moment. And Bommer's Earthbound God is the least serious so far. Seriously? A whale? xP RAW Links: Part I: www.youtube.com/watch?v=dbtxsE_1akoPart II: www.youtube.com/watch?v=O7wnXQsUUtAPart III: www.youtube.com/watch?v=4d8rlZuPasU

Lolshee, Giant Bommer Air Raid every turn? Madness. Preview looked epic, I can't wait to see this episode. Crow facing an Earthbound God is gonna be fun, wonder how long he lasts.

You wonder how long he lasts, Rena? xP Are you looking forward to Crow's death or something? 'cause if you are . . .
Well, let's think of it this way. Rua was able to weaken Demak's Earthbound God in the last duel, wasn't he? And he's a non-Signer. So, defeat or no defeat to Bommer's Earthbound God, I think the same situation might occur. It might. And I hope this episode makes me like Yusei again. 52 didn't help at all. =/

I'm hoping this ends more with a draw or something saves him like in Rua's duel Ruka saved him. If they kill off Crow I will be sad he is so cute and cuddly. If they kill off Bomer what was the point in adding him back into the story and making him a dark signer.... then again look at Demark lots of build up for not much imo As for Kiryu... he's sill waiting "get over here traitor Yusei" he could be snarling.

Kiryu is planning his revenge. Obviously, nearly killing Yusei wasn't enough for him. xP
I hope Crow wins because of his determination to avenge the kids, but at the same time, I don't want those writers to kill off Bommer like they did Demak. Because I sort of like D*Bommer for some reason.

I want Crow to win because of how epic he is. But no seriously I don't like what Bommer has been rendered too. I think it's best if he just died now. But man is this duel good.

He's always been a difficult character to figure out, and I think that even though he is a clear-cut antagonist right now, he will not be so clear-cut in the future. What I am concerned with right now is whether or not this duel will go into part four and what will be in this episode besides the duel because the previews tell pretty much tell what is going to happen duel wise... probably almost for card for card.

I really can't see them dragging this duel onto 4eps. The longest duels I can remember are always 3 eps long. Minus one or two of the tag duels in the original.

epic ep. That's all I'm gonna say for now since I don't want to spoil for those who haven't seen. Oh the ending was too cool. Sad no matter who you were cheering for.

Focus, Winlay. Focus. xP 53 was epic, but depressing at the same time. Those writers sure know how to torture the audience. And I liked Bommer too. ;-; But not when he's like 'that', being brainwashed by Rudger. (I thinks.) But anyways, episodes 51-53 were epic comeback episodes for Crow, even if the way the writers brought him back was a little . . . odd. xP And that's just build-up for the epic episodes to come. I mean, the 54 preview. First of all, TEAM SATISFACTION FLASHBACKS. Finally. Second of all, yay for D*Kiryu/Yusei rematch. Though, it would've been funnier if the rematch had started in episode 53. But that's okay. The writers already did their stunt in this episode too. xP

lol I know I can barely contain my 54 excitement either we all know how much I like Kiryu.
As for 53: Wow at Bommer's inner struggle. Looks like Yusei just may have a chance to put Kiryu at peace before reducing him to dust. I loved it when Bommer pushed Crow out of the way of the falling debris. "the bullet" was too shocked to get the heck out of them himself. The comet when Bommer died kinda reminded me of GX when Judai mearged with Yubel. Only this time I don't think we will see Bommer again as we saw Judai again.
