Well I already had DTC running the Deck Garage Section and I needed someone to run rulings and I'm not going to choose Tweek or Pen-Pen ( sorry guys ) since they are only medium rank players so it only made since. Also since Kingardvark is not a very active member I couldn't have him do it. Since when is Tweek a medium-ranked player?

What happens if you use magical mallet and you choose to return a card in your hand obtained via exchange?

It returns to your opponent's deck, but you still draw as if it went back to your deck.

Unless UDE made a ruling this is how it would play however I think Raven looked it up in this case so go by what he is saying!

To Zaborg99,
You are a f**king retarded bastard. Don't second guess me unless you have looked up the ruling and copy and paste it with your complaint. Thank you and have a nice day.

it's some sort of style where in addition to your deck you have a card to the side. This card sometimes has a special effect (common with vanilla monsters like dark magician, bewd, etc) or is just a normal monster (yata, froggie probably). In addition to this it can be summoned to the field as a normal summon at any time during the game, but if this is done it's treated as a regular vanilla type monster and you can't use it's regular card effects or deckmaster effects. At least that's how I remember playing it. but then again, i'm a treehugging hippie who transforms into a frog during the fullmoon and laughs at crows and crack dealing snakes, then converts back into a hippie who smokes pot excessively prior to every yugioh tournaments and makes 500 playmistakes/bad trades as a result.
