you activate them during standby phase, and you can activate all 3.
Also you can activate three jar of greed into accumulated fortune for 5 card draws. I mean ::whistles::
po, you better not try what I think you are. It won't work.

Answer for Q1:
You may start a chain after you draw and before your standby phase, this includes with Jar of Greed. If your opponent does not respond you may activate all three of them.
Answer for Q2: See Q1
Answer for Q3: You may get back Treeborn Frog ANY TIME during YOUR standby phase, as long as your s/t row is clear and you have not activated a special summon- inhibiting card such as Scapegoat.
AND NO BUILDING RANDOM DERPA NETDECK CHAIN BURN

the rule book should explain them pretty well then.
A few references:
Usually the first link in a chain is a player with priority activating a card. Second link, player must respond with something of higher spell speed (quick-play spell, multi-trigger effect, trap card as only the turn player can activate spell speed 1 effects) Third link, player must respond with something of equal or higher spell speed (since quickplays/traps are spell speed 2 you can only respond with another trap/quickplay spell/counter trap...counter traps being the highest spell speed of 3) Once a counter trap is activated in the chain you can only respond with another counter trap card, this means you can't activate royal decree to solemn judgment or something similar.
It's not much to worry about unless you're playing cards where the chain link is relevant or your opponent activates a counter trap, because most don't, the technicality behind counter traps and their activations can be ignored 9/10 games anyway, but the way most people play at the store is accurate anyway with chains and resolutions because most of it is second hand nature, the only problem most people have is with resolving where chains reverse in order, but most of the time it's burn decks and royal decree that make this significant (because you can chain dust tornado to royal decree in order to destroy it before its effect resolves negating the effects of trap cards, whereas with jinzo you can't chain once it's on the field) or in the case of burn decks people get confused and try and activate ojama trio THEN secret barrel and realize it does 600 damage less than intended, same with just desserts, the thing about chaining you need to chain the burn card THEN ojama trio as trio will resolve first placing the counters, etc.
