RECENT UPDATES TO DECK MASTERS THAT I COULD FIND:
Cyber Harpie: You may have any number of cards named "Harpy Lady" in your deck (This means you can break the rules of the three monster name limit). All Winged Beast cannot be attacked unless opponent sacrifices monster equal to the number of Harpies in play. Harpy Chick counts as a Harpy Lady.
The Creator: Monsters can be summoned from your graveyard as if they were in your hand. You can only use this ability once during your own turn.
The Sacred Phoenix: Whenever a pyro type monster is destroyed by an opponent's card effect special summon it during you next standby phase and destroy one Spell/Trap on your opponents side of the field.
Granmarg the Rock Monarch: Every time a earth type is summoned successfully on your side of the field destroy one face down card on the opponent's side of the field.
Brain Jacker: You may pay 3000 life points to switch with your opponent's deck masterYou can only activate this ability when you have less than 4000 life points. You cannot activate this effect if your opponent has less than 4000 life points. You draw two cards during your draw step instead of one and you lose 200 life points.
Rocket Jumper: Any Monsters with 1000 less atk points may attack you opponent's life points directly and then during the end phase sacrifice that monster and send it to the graveyard.
Blast Magician: During you standby phase put a spell counter on one of your opponent's monster if it has spell counters equal to the level. You gain life times 200 for each spell counter.
Behemoth, King of all Animals: All Beast and Beast-Warriors all lose 2 Stars. Also monsters on your side of the field are uneffected by Gravity Bind, Messenger of Peace, and Level Limit Area B.
King Dragun: You may play normal summon two dragon type monster during you main phase instead of one monster. Dragons are uneffected by your opponent's cards that target them. You cannot summon the additional monster if it is not a dragon.
Mouse Fight Chu Ske: All warriors cannot be destroyed as the result of battle. Damage Calculation is still applied. You can play up to 6 monsters and 6 Spell/ Traps.
Divine Dragon Ragnarok: You can prevent damage to you life points by discarding a card from you hand. This ability cannot be countered.
Sealmaster Meisei: During Standby you may flip a coin if guess right your opponent must discard their hand. All card effects that activate in your opponent's graveyard work for you and not them. You can only during your standby phase. You must have an equal number as your opponent's has in your hand.
Armed Samurai- Ben Kei: All monsters on your side of the field may attack twice as long as this deck master is equipped. You can only use equipment spells that can legally designate a monster on your side of the field.
Hane Kuriboh: All battle done to you directly is reduce to zero.
Summoner of Illusions: You may discard two cards randomly from your hand to special any fusion monster from your fusion deck to the field. During you end phase return it back to your fusion deck.
D.D. Scout Plane: Everytime you draw a card remove it from play. At anytime you may exchange your hand with the cards removed from play by this effect. Every time a monster is sent to the graveyard return it back into your deck and shuffle afterwards, then you draw six new cards.
Dark Hex Sealed Fusion: If you have two each of the following in your hand you win the game: Light Hex Sealed Fusion, Dark Hex Sealed Fusion, and Earth Hex Sealed Fusion. You may play fusion monster as normal monsters (tributing monsters still applies).

The Deck Master Tournament System was developed by me so it takes a while to refine the newer ones as well as fix the older ones!

Here are a few more DM for you guys to try out! Mobius the Frost Monarch: Whenever a Water Type monster is Tribute summoned successfully your opponent play any spells or traps till your next Main Phase 1. All Water type monsters gain 500 atk and def Treeborn Frog: Whenever a monster with 100 atk or less is destroyed and sent to graveyard the following standby phase if you have no Spell or Trap on your field ( this includes equipped to your deck master ) you may special summon that monster back to the field in defense mode. Kozaky: At the beginning of your draw step you may look at the top three cards of your deck and put them back in any order and then draw your card. All fiend type monsters may be used as fusion substitute if they are faceup on the field. Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch: Whenever a Fire Type Monster is Tribute summoned succesfully your opponent discards three cards randomly for their hand and you choose one card from your graveyard and remove it from play.All Fire type monsters gain 500 atk and def. Morphing Jar: You may discard your hand to have your opponent discard theirs. Then both players draws five cards and discards two. This effect can only be activated it you have a faceup rock type monster on your side of the field. Ravel, Lord of Phantasms: Whenever a opponent summons, flip summons, or special summons a monster put a Phantasm token into play. Consider this token a fiend dark ?/? where ? is the stats of the monster that was just played. You may exceed the five monster limit. Fiends and Zombies gain a 1000 atk and def boost as long as you control at least two Phantasm tokens. Uria, Lord of Searing Flames: During each standby phase destroy one spell/trap on the field. Whenever a opponent's spells or traps or destroyed use one of the folowing effects: If a spell was destroyed draw two cards from you deck. If a trap was destroyed search your deck for one continous trap and add it to your hand. Reptiles and Dinosaurs gain a 100 atk and def booster for each continous trap in your graveyard. Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder: Whenever a spell or monster is played put a divine judgment counter on Hamon. At anytime during a turn you may activate one of the following effects: Remove three judgment counters from Hamon - Remove one card from the field the RTF zone. This card or any copies of it can be used to the remainder of the duel. Remove 5 judgment counters: Your opponent discards their entire hand from play, any cards discarded by this effect or copies of them cannot be used to the remainder of the duel. Remove 10 judgment counters: You may claim an automatic victory it you have three continous spell cards face up on your field. All thunder and Dragon type monsters gain a 500 atk and def boost for each continous spell card that you have face up on your field.

Kuriboh: Anytime your opponent can declare a direct attack on you with a monster you may pay 200 life points to negate the damage.
Deepsea Warrior: Anytime your opponent attacks and you have at least two monsters on the field you may sacrifice two of them to deal direct damage to your opponent equal to the attacking monsters attack.
Dark Magician Girl: Whenever you play spell or trap and your opponent’s times to counter it you may pay 300 life points to negate their card.
Blue Eyes White Dragon: When you summon a Blue Eyes White Dragon on the field you may summon a Lord of Dragons onto the field as well.
Jinzo: Whenever an opponent tries to active a trap you may pay 200 life points to negate and destroy it.
Freezing Beast: Once per turn you may pay 500 life points to stop all activation of spell or trap cards until your next main phase. Great Moth: Whenever you are attacked and you have no monster on the field you may summon one 4 star or lower insect type monsters onto the field in defense mode.
XYZ Dragon Cannon: You may discard a card off the top of your deck to the graveyard to destroy one card on your opponent’s field.
Masked Beast: Whenever during your turn may play one card with the words “Mask” in its name on the field from your deck, hand, or graveyard.
Marauding Captain: Pay 500 life points when you summon any warrior type monster to the field you may summon another 4 star or lower monster from your hand as a special summon.
Dark Magician: Whenever you have no spell or trap cards on the field you may search your deck and play one spell or trap at the cost of 500 life points.
Sasuke Samurai: Your opponent must play all their monster face up on the field at all times.
Aitsu: Your opponent cannot attack you unless you each have at least one monster on the field with at least one spell equipped card attached to them.
Buster Blader: At any time there is a dragon type monster summoned onto the field summoning one warrior with the equal star level from your hand, deck, or graveyard.
Gate Guardian: If one of the gods that make up gate guardian exist on the field you cannot be attacked by any monsters with equal or higher attack power.
Elemental Hero Thunder Giant Discard a monster card from your hand and destroy one face up monster on the field that has equal or less atk than the discarded card. If the monster has equal atk draw a card from your deck.
Victory Viper Whenever a machine type monster destroys one your opponent’s field and has less than 1200 atk put a option token into play that is an exact copy of that monster. When the monster is destroyed destroy all option tokens created by this effect.
Chaos Sorcerer Whenever a monster is removed from play by a card other than another Chaos Sorcerer, Return one Spell card from your graveyard to your deck.
Elemental Flame Wingman When an monster with Elemental Hero in its name destroys another monster the opponent takes 500 damage and you draw a card from your graveyard.
Strike Ninja Whenever a monster you control is attacked you may remove a dark type monster from your graveyard from play and remove that card from play. At the end of that turn return it to play and you lose 500 life points.
Breaker the Magical Warrior When a spell counter is put on monster you control (excluding cards with Core in the name or have B.E.S.) Destroy a face down spell/trap card on the field. This effect is mandatory it there is a legal target that exist regardless who owns the card.
Cyber Dragon Whenever a machine type monster is tribute summoned successfully special summon a ‘Cyber Dragon’ from your deck in atk mode. At the end of that turn return it your deck if it is still on the field.
Elemental Hero Necroshade All Elemental fusions may be summoned as though they are normal tribute monsters in your hand. At the end of turn if any Elemental fusions on the field you must discard a card from your hand for each one summoned by this deck master’s effect.

Simorgh, Bird of Divinity: During each standby phase your opponent loses 400 life for each spell/trap you have on your field. YOu gain the difference to your life points. Whenever a Winged Beast is special summoned destroy a monster with less atk on the field.
Voltanis: Whenever a counter trap is activated you may special summon one light type monster from your hand to field in atk mode. At the end of that turn destroy it. All damage done to you by trap cards is reduced to 0.
Destiny Hero Doom Lord: Whenever a monster is summoned on the field without "D-Hero" in its name remove another monster that player controls from play until your second end phase after activation of this effect. All dark type warriors on your field are considered "D-Hero" in their name when face up on the field.
Ancient Gear Golem: All earth machines with "Gear" in their name get a 1000 atk and def bonus when face up on the field. All machine monster levels are reduced by 2.

Gigabyte: All the cards are now the following
Gigabyte -> Gigas LV 2 Water Reptile/Effect 900/500 During your standby phase send this card to the graveyard and special summon Gigas LV 4 from your hand, deck, or graveyard to the field
Gagigagio -> Gigas LV 4 Water Reptile/Effect 1800/1200 When this card is destroyed by a card effect special summon a Gigas LV 5 from your hand or deck to the field.
Gogagigagio -> Gigas LV5 Water Reptile/Effect 2450/1000 This monster cannot be destroyed or removed by a card effect. When this card this card leaves play special summon Gigas LV7 from your deck, hand or graveyard to the field.
Gigagogagigagio -> Gigas LV7 Water Reptile/Effect 2900/2300 This card is uneffected by your opponent's card effects. Whenever a effect of a spell or monster is activated negate and destroy that card ( this excludes deck masters ). Whenever this card attacks your opponent to your graveyard special summon Gigas LV 12 to the field for hand, deck or graveyard.
Gate Guardian -> Gigas LV 12 Water Divine Beast/ Effect 4500/3500 This card is uneffected by all card effects. Whenever this combats a card in defense deal the difference in of their attack defense from your opponent's life points. Discard three cards from your hand destroy all card's on the field except for deck masters and this card. Discard four cards from your hand increase the monster's attack by 2000.
