no you don't. make it now and add to it as time goes on and people become eligible. That way you aren't constantly watching numbers and making new groups, y'know?

Pengu > Po.
At least pengu builds his own decks. They may suck, but he's getter better and at least he tries.
Nothing wrong with getting ideas from other decks. I check out people's decks all of the time and try to think of ways to make them better or make another deck with similar ideas, but po you're just taking decks off metagame and claiming them as your own, that makes you among the worst of netdeckers (as some who netdeck at least admit it).
We have prove, and all that jazz, now stop complaining.

IF you don't know how to use a card then don't use it

which is sad because in yugioh most cards aren't that hard to figure out.

You should never copy a deck card for card but some times building a simialer deck is unaviodable but that being said you should also know how to nplay said deck, example I do not know how to play many of the decks on here eficiantly and therefore coping ( even a winning deck) is foolish

the only deck that can be copied card for card is life equalizer OTK, because the way the deck works any changing of any card will pretty much cripple it's effectiveness to nil, and besides if you run life equalizer in a tournament to begin with you need to be stabbed by Nagatsu not because it's derpa lame, but because everyone knows about it.
Though with most cookie style decks, if you insist on playing them make the deck accomodate your style or add your own twist to the deck as far as tech is concerned.
