How does one become a staff member?

Well this is a complicated process usually to even be considered you need to be an active poster on this forum ( usually averaging around 4 or more posts each day ) Then comes you need to have a great deal of experience and are trusted in general by our Admins ( only ones that can promote ppl to staff positions ) Also you need at least 2 Recommendations from Moderators and least Approval from 1 Global Mod. Keep in mind if you bug Staff or Admins to make you a mod or harass a Staff to recommend you, you won't be considered for the most part and probably given a warning for harassing staff
