Effective immediately, “Cyber-Stein” is Forbidden for Advanced Format tournaments, and Limited for Traditional Format tournaments.

This change will be reflected on the web page later today.

Also hopefully Nagatsu will announce this at the store for those who have cyber-stein because their copies are now no longer legal and it will stop confusion before the tournament. This is the first time a card has received an emergency ban (as in hasn't been banned during the 6 month change) and therefore it may cause a lot of confusion, but this is official from UDE.

I've provided a link for confirmation, and all judges should have received an email notice about this!

Yes, this is such a happy day, because now this list is as perfect as can be! Yeah we have chain burn, but only speds can't figure out how to stop that garbage.
