Kancho is the ancient art of clasping your hands together, and playfully poking your friend or enemy,...in the rear. It is also called "The Friendly Enema", and is practiced by children in schoolyards and classrooms around the world.

I think the only exposure the states has to Kancho is from Naruto.  |

Yu Yu Hakusho chapter black saga's first or second episode Kuwabara is looking out the window and yusuke goes up behind him in the same pose as kakashi, pokes him, and shouts "SPIRIT GUN!" over here. It's not directly referred to, and pretty much isn't noticable unless you're familiar with the game because he yells spirit gun, so most people who watched it on toonami probably figured it was just some sort of lame joke, as the dub threw in quite a few lame and/or corny jokes from time to time.
